PlutoChannelEmpireTerms of Service
PlutoChannelEmpire is a Windows creator workflow tool. You must have the rights and permissions needed to access each connected channel and to use, edit, upload, and schedule each video.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing video, thumbnail, and metadata output before publication, selecting the correct audience settings, and complying with copyright law and the terms of connected services, including YouTube, Telegram, and OpenAI where used.
Access and availability
An access key may be limited to a specified number of installations, expire, or be revoked. The software requires the license service to be reachable for activation and certain actions. We may issue updates and may suspend access to protect the service or address misuse. Customer billing rules and support commitments must be finalized before sale.
Third-party services
Third-party tools and services have their own terms and availability. The release package may include FFmpeg, which has separate open-source license terms and notices. PlutoChannelEmpire's use of FFmpeg does not transfer ownership of FFmpeg to us.
